What annoying is the fact that they keep giving wrong information.

Developer Seri Mutiara (in a letter written) mentioned that sales agents have been duly briefed and were instructed to inform potential purchasers that it is a commercial development and all utilities would be on commercial tariff.
But many agents (if not all) have been acting otherwise.

Now that the fingers are pointing to the agents, it's hard to trust any of them now, and in future. hmm.gif

They are service apartments. Google for the difference between a service apartment and a condo.

The 488k is on the ground floor, good view, don't think so (probably see car parks, etc), quiet? Don't think so either...

Well, developer is not well known for branded/premium design and styling and yet they sell at a premium price comparable to osk and the likes...

Sure sales gonna struggle

Too high density...sell at premium price summore, very outdated/obsolete design....

Its gonna struggle in terms of rental and subsale market later...

My advice only genuine own stay shud touch this

Yes VERY VERY aggressive, even when I park in public places, those people put all the flyers in my wiper there. Even when I search for Puchong properties in websites, they will come out the so called "Puchong South Condo (Cyberjaya)" etc.

Perhaps sales are really that bad, keep coming out with so many phases with so high density. The rental market around there if compare high rise alone there's already Dpulze, Cyberia, The Arc, D'Melor, many many more so sure oversupply.

Furthermore not well-known developer charging a premium price. For investors definitely not appealing at all.
