Not yet. Waiting for TNB to install Meter. When done will come and ask TNB myself.

1st thing when I got the letter from Mutiara ville to pay around 1000++ I made the query why so expensive as this is residential unit.

All is under commercial land that whyTNB will follow d commercial rate.

Buyer shiuld realize if u want residential electricity rate u should avoid service apartment on a commercial land...

Just straight away look for a condo&apartment on residential land...

Theres no way to change the rate frm commercial to residential since ur on commercial land

Not even here the hyve also same under commercial rate just because commercial land.

cyberjaya is not a good place to invest

the price is kinda stagnant and expected to increase lesser than proportionate as compared to other areas
