SnP typo

Do more research bro...

Make sure any plce u buy into the density not too high...

This will lower ur investment value...

Anyway opinion is subjective..

Thrs bubble forming between new launch price and subsale price in cyber....

Bug fight in cyberjaya forum between pro and haters...

U decide bro...

Thank you your value opinion. I will do more research about it. Really appreciated what you answer me smile.gif Help me a lot

For loan legal fee & stamp duty you still need to pay. Just make sure you included that.
*
mean the price of the property already included the loan legal fees, stamp duty and S&P. Am i right?

It's not included. You need to bare those cost.
*
so usually developer bear the S&P cost? excluded legal fee & stamp duty?

They usually write
-Free S&P & Loan Charges
-Free Loan & SPA Legal fees
-FREE ALL Loan Agreement Legal & Stamp Duty Fees

kind of confusing rclxub.gif
