My one also like this. I asked lawyer to explain why. He said block c is like this. I already asked SDB by email but they never reply my mail so I ask the lawyer he said he will find out and update me. U try to email to sdb to ask ask.

Ya, my also same. Default come along with unit is allocated at block A and additional car park lots I purchased at block C. I felt also ???????? But anyway, SNP and loan agreement I already signed at last.

Depends on what car park package u took.

RM 13,000 - 2 side by side car park, but one located at Block A (default) another one located at Block C (additional parking lot that you purchased).
RM 18,000 - 2 tandem car park, but located at Block C.

This is the car park plan i saw in my SNP. For more details and accurate info, better check with developer sales person. smile.gif

No, both options are for 1 extra car park, is just either u want to same block or diff block for car park allocation & also side by side or tandem car park.

We have no choice as only 2 options is given, depends u want to take or leave it. That's all.

Well, what to do? Still have to take it if you have more than 1 car. Is it more inconveniece if your car park outside.

I think no buyer know, because even ask SA they also can't give any confirm answer. Because they always uncertain and diff SA say diff answer... Better drop email to ask sdb.

When I bought only discount 10% with dibs, free Snp and loan legal fees and semi furnish kitchen cabinet + gas stone hob and hood for block c. Those items on item 4 is for block A only. Not applicable for block C. Need to take note.

I see. So the price is after discount 10%. Then same as original price. Just see you like to stay at ground floor or not with extra piece of land. Price I think is like that already. Bear in mind block C just 1 car park.
