Yes, they offered -2.4% with 0 yr locking period and full flexi housing loan scheme. The rest of banks also approved mostly -2.4% only RHB give -2.45% semi flexi.

CIMB response very slow... Hong Leong bank only 80% offered, but can try appeal. But for me I not keen.
Maybank also offer 90% with standard -2.4%. How about ur loan? Decided to take which?

Hard to tell. Need to check with MRT project and Developer only know. If really exclusively to WTOP resident, mean is covered by our own monthly maintainence fee should be?

Yes, u will sign for below:-

1) SNP + Upgrade Works Agreement
2) Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC)
3) Supplement Car Park Agreement.
