U plan rent out after completed? Actually there for rent investment I don't think so easy, now C180 service apartment with ard 8xx sqft with partial furnished asking for rental price 1200-1500. But personal thinking not so easy for rent.

Anyway, just my personal observation. smile.gif

No need in future, now can know... Many families will more than 3 cars. As public transportation in BTHO not so convenient, no LRT, no bus & no taxi. We need to depends on our own transport.

Ya, this one understood and this apply to all developers too to engage outside constructors to complete the project. But too many contractors they engaged, we won't check or ask 1 by 1. Think that they won't tell also.

Of course still have, you may visit the sales gallery to check on the limited unit and price. What do you mean diff bank , diff charge? They do have own panel bank for each block selling. You can directly purchase from developer SA.

6) The timber floor in the bedroom is very light color (should be oak) which I find that could be difficult to maintain
7) The swimming pool area is nicely done. Quite a big size of 25m pool. There are many resting chairs populated around the swimming area.
8) There are 2 gym center as part of their facilities. 1 is facing the swimming pool directly and the other one at the other block. Many gym equipment available. The gym room is nicely done with wide open glass windows
9) Landscaping is fantastic! For 1 acres land, SDB can really turn this into beautiful surrounding. They even tilt the garden surface...But the trees is not fully mature yet.
10) The kids playground is one of the best i ever seen. Its kids heaven. The playground will splash water like water playground. The surface is soft, not to worry kids will get injure if fall to the ground
11) The function hall is really high end type, very cosy feeling. Easily can put 10 tables i guess.
12) Below the function hall is an integrated 2 badminton hall, futsal hall , 2 ping pong hall, 1 basket ball court. High ceiling and big size of hall to enjoy!

Referral reward for wotp purchaser if refer a new buyer to wotp, new buyer can use this card present to SA. Then referral fee RM 2k for block C and RM 10k for block A.
