Second year car park maintainence is not up to Sdb to decide. It is jmb decision whether to charge it or not. I guess it is back to the question whether 0.25 + 10% is enough to cover. If it's enough don't think the jmb want to charge it

Guys, for ur information, Sdb have start selling the car park today. It is only open to the waiting list. This waiting list will choose their desire car park first until next week Tuesday. After that, it will open to others who interested. Total 97 units available from lg2, lg1, g , 1st floor. So far the best car park to choose is from lg2 since it has direct access, very near to block a lift (right opposite of oku parking).

Long run car park No pay maintenance no good. Imaging carpark light spoil Liao, wall paint faded Liao, crack wall, floor dirty. So using Wotp community fund to pay cleaner, contractor, electrician...to clean n repair those car park area 100% owned by owner and other cannot use n enjoy but need to use part of our wotp money to maintain n repair their extra private car park area. C also no song.

Future must charge. Same fate as other SDB condo. Buy more car park just pay more fee. Like that only fair to 1 car park space owner.

Sorry off-topic a bit.... beside property, we Malaysian also love our food...is so delicious, simple and cheap...the last time I went to have a look at the progress of WOTP, I went to this shop, Fah Mu Lan, for claypot chicken rice, just behind Jusco Cheras Selatan...food is nice and price reasonable, the next time you are there, you may want to try it out.

Its fine to me if all grey tones instead of grey and white.. It looks cooler if they have these concrete look to it.

waw this different liao.
ini macam Parkseven and Troika surface finishing liao.
if wotp using this type of finishing. sibeh happy liao.

DPC breezeway condo lobby also use this type of finishing. lobby looks quite grand.

wild life bird macam crane at lake valley near wotp.

during weekend evening the lake sibeh burst with people.... many cars park along the road.
not enough parking at the lake garden. some big car even park on the lawn road divider...sibeh jialat... pipu start selling kite, food and drink near the lake...little out of control.

I really have great respect for the early purchasers, who had the foresight and the imagination to see the big potential of WOTP and going in fearlessly to buy, especially those who bought Block C units, which were sold out very quickly, eventhough there were people harping that Block C are "medium" cost apartments. Now, these purchasers are having the last laugh. I can safely say that the launched price is a steal from rm450psf and with the attractive rebates you got...is double bonuses!
I came in a bit late, but no regret. I think I see what most of you purchasers see..that is WOTP is not a typical condo. It is a condo that stand out from all of its neighbouring high rise in Cheras and that is what attracted people to buy. What make WOTP stand out for me are...the design of the V-shaped building incorporating sustainability features, a large percentage of the property is landscaped park, another beauty is the solid earthquake resistant structure, linear layout, the unique giant "Windows", even the name "Windows On The Park" stand out too...is so memorable and so different from the rest, that nobody can forget....

Mine unit is around 2100 sq ft. Initially book for 1680 sq ft, 10th floor, but change to 2100 sq ft, 18th floor....want bigger unit n higher floor.

Aiyooh, if you see the site around 2010/11, you also get scared lah. The whole site underwater and it really makes you wonder who on earth is going to built something there!

I took some photos but can’t find them, it would be good to have a before and after scene.
