Lake valley means near the lake . the new condo is nearer to the shop (citibank) area than WOTP.

The problem is nearby land owner dont want to sell.

UDA land next to WOTP -> Check with UDA sales office, high end semi d & bungalow. In future may change - I dont know.

The pool of water next to WOTP - all industrial zone, but developer may change to high rise plans like SILK or Amerin etc (no idea).

The new Prasarana Bus depo (very big - ready next yr) is behind the COM industrial park

The layout of apartment blocks is in a "V" orientation.

Read from somewhere, this is the new concept for energy efficient layout - not fong shui

I bought into a development that has V shape layout and apparently was told that it is more energy efficient. The project has eco-initiatives and leading-edge environmental management.

Good thing got no "fins"; long term maintenance problems.

When new ok but after months or over the years, all the dusts and dirt collect on the fins.

You never know, maybe MRT line 2 will be closer to WOTP than we think.

Lumiere @ BTHO is located next to WOTP on its western boundary nearer to Block C. Behind the upcoming semidee houses.

The development comprises of 32 units low rise villa, 2 blocks of 20 flr apartments ( 228 ) and 1 block of 15 flr (125 units).

Launch date don't know, maybe end this year or next year ??

Next to Block B is semi dee factories, probably, light industries. I believe SDB will plant something to block off those factories.

The access road that is heading southward will lead to Hap Seng (mercedes) and SILK highway

In front of Luimere is the semi dees, now under construction; across the road is a proposed new project - high end apartments, 2 blocks ( 387 units) and 1 block (166 units), density about 80 u/a. Now only planning stage.

It's neither a suggestion map nor actual plan but a Rancangan Tempatan for MPKj.
It shows what the local council has earmark the purposes of each zone. MPKj will not approve an industrial building on residential zones etc.

So on that RT, it has allowance for rel transit on two possible paths; who knows it may go from Alam Damai and turn to BTHO and if it follows that path sure will not go thru Damai Perdana. Notice also no provision for station around Damai Perdana but one station in Alam Damai where HCS predicted.

Just like RRI land, it has two stations on its undevelop land, UDA has over 80 acres of undevelop land in cheras so you can guess lah

Until official announcement then we will know the actual alignment

Developer has been waiting for the right timing to launch. Don't know when, has been planned since 2008 (if not mistaken).

Developer , I think is Tanjung Balai Development or something like that...

Again don't know when start, originally only shopping mall and not for sale, only want to rent out.

My friend, even if I work in mrt also I won't know for sure the final alignment.

For now, one can only speculate.

I like this WOTP thread, this one really forum to discuss amongst buyers and also not so bias info for potential buyers.

At least there is common interests unlike if a thread is dominated by SA or developer. Just hard sell only don't care whether facts or not, sell now, talk later kind of attitude.

Anyways, in the KVMRT official site for MRT Line 1 , some of the station name changed especially Balakong now called Bukit Dukung. Wonder why
