WOTP is designed to be a family friendly condo with spacious living, all units with minimum 3 bed rooms. I believe majority who bought are family for own stay. Average family size is about 4, so getting an extra car park is probably a good decision.

Wow...what a beauty! It bears the hallmark of a SDB product..excellence, distinguishing features..greenery...nature...is target to a specific market with a price from rm1.8million. You need a very deep pocket for this one lar...is not like buying a car park lot...

phase 1
block A- finally start work on 20th floor liao. (13 floors to go).
block C- start work on 11th floor. (4 floors to go).

so are you buying extra parking either for investment or convenience??

I was advised by a property guru that one should always buy a parking space in a condo, if is given an option to do so, or you will definitely regret in the future. In future, when you want it, there is no guarantee you can get it.
Parking outside nearby is quite a hassle, first you got to search for a space, second you got security issue..you will have concern for your love ones to walk back at night if the place is secluded, third is our weather..very hot and sometimes it pours dogs and cats during thunder storm, and finally, you would not fancy carrying heavy stuff from a distance.

With the extra car park, you can either rent it out if you don't use it ,or if you want to sell your property in the future, it will be easier and probably fetch a premium.

I will go and get one when SDB open for owners who are not in their waiting list, hope there are still some lots available.

Hope SDB can post the latest progress pics taken within the site on their website, the last they did was in May...I think a lot of their customers would be happy if they can do a regular update on their projects on their website like what you did for us here.
In May, Block A was at level 7, now at level 20, Block C at level 2, now at level 11, Block B at ground level, it should be around level 8 now....I can't wait to see a clear view of the "Window"...anyone has a good pic of it, please post it in this thread...thanks!

Yeah...I think so too. This is going to get every buyers excited...can start imagining and dreaming of how to decorate your new home and live the life you and your family want it to be in WOTP. Go visit Ikea, HomeDec...whatever ... to help in your creativity and dreaming...afterall dreaming is pre-planning.

I remember the manager who gave the interview on Astro Awani said that they will make sure the trees are mature when the apartments are ready, this may meant that the trees are now being taken care by a mature tree nursery, and these trees will be moved over when they are ready to do the landscaping....

Is common for a mature tree nursery to provide a variety of species of large trees for developers to make their landscape...

I bring my kids to the lake nearby. why the lake water so milo color one? spoil everything la.
