ok...latest update..i just got my deposit back..but not my loan agreement..... still contacting the lousy lawyer....always said call back but never did....cis...will continue to pester them...

Just talked to Sukie the SA. She said payment already settled earlier but banks probably have not notified. So no worries...
Was passing by the other day, progress seem slow..construction still at ground and maybe 1st floor. SDB site no update as well on the progress since June 2013..

If delay, good for those taking DIBS & aso getting LAD. To me, it's fine to delay too. ..

LAD not as straight forward as that. Those who got theirs signed earliest will get pay, 3 years period start from the day u signed the SPA, not from the construction commence date nor your booking date. So most of us won't get..they can delay half a year, probably just paying LAD to 5% of those early buyers.

Wah block b 10th floor to 13Ath floor sibeh lukgu. Wonder they buy for view? What view can it be?

Well, am guessing but the Block B north wing may have a slight chance to face KLCC. but that is a very slim chance, i think nearby condo like vinna will block that view. But who knows. But another view is genting. Its facing directly at genting. But then all you can see are lights of course. Nothing clearer. Another view may be lake valley's park and ampang area.. haha...

Ic. Block a north wing high floor high chansi c klcc.. Block b north wing high floor some may already block by sibeh tall block a...

South wing also sapu habis on particular high floors... Wonder ada apa tengok..... Hap Seng spinning merc logo? ...lol.

Block B 10-13th floor probably reserved by SDB...I don't see why ppl would buy those floors when Block A is still available

Most likely they're trying to clear those lower floors first

ish... why reserve? built and sell for those floor?
tot big family bought whole floor and make whole floor become their private lobby area? kakaka.

maybe block b got better big garden beside and landscape view.

Yes, Bolock B bigger garden view, but not sure why sdb put their pricing facing swinmming pool is more expensive by 50-60k..

That because based on Block A, those facing facilities has much higher demand.. :-)

block a & b units facing swimming pool view:
block a - pool before garden view
block b - pool after garden view

Hope they build more reflecting pond around the building.
and small stream at the park.
