just came back from the site... to be frank... not impressive by the project... expensive... and nothing much attractions... block C is even blocked by the low cost apartment, and block A lower floor will be blocked by block B eventually.....

Ya. But my friend unit far far better than my unit especially the view. Don't think sdb will sell those unit cheaper even you get it earlier. My unit is those left over undesirable unit. That's why they come out lucky draw and cny angpow, extra discount to certain not so nice unit to get rib of those unit as much as possible. But now all offer ended. Only til 31 march. Not sure will they create other gimmick to push the sale again.

block by the apartment or facing the open treatment plant?

Hi future neighbour! which unit type you bought at Block C?
its depend, if you not block by the apartment you may face the STP.   if your unit is low enough you will not see the STP i think.

my 09 unit facing both. SA told me my unit will half block by the apartment and face the STP.   ..lucky my unit is low enough.
provided 21 meters away from the wotp wall fence. i think should be fine. and i like 09 is corner unit and not far from the lift.
unlike 3A and 03 corner units are quite far from the lift.

Only 1 thing i don't like for block C is the main door face to face with each other.

Yes, they do provide free shuttle to MRT for first year or 2....cant remember how long.

many of my friends said wotp look like flat when first glance and nothing special.... but i quite like the whole layout planing and simplicity of design.
eventually it may even look better than 5 stones.

we have 2 treatment plants around us.

For the shuttle bus to MRT, i heard from SA said last time, is not provided by SDB but is a service from MRT company. They will schedule WOTP be part of the shuttle bus route.

Is like that. Need to wait for few months... Long time mine also same. I booked since from July 2012 but until Nov 2012 just sign for loan agreement & SNP. Duplicate copy also wait until around 1-2 months only manage to get.

You need to keep chase SA & your solicitor.

with the same price about 600k, can get a 1000++ sqf untis condo with gated guarded and full facilities

same price 600k, you may only get old landed house without gated guarded, without facility at same area, but of course landed more spacious
nowadays, ppl not only buy house, but they prefer buy a lifestyle....
yes, condo is smaller, but more secure, and you enjoy those facilities...city folks espically single or young couple will more prefer on this.
unless you start to set up a family, and need bigger space for your familiy (ur parents and ur kids), no time to enjoy facility, then you need to find a landed...

Ya, Block C. Initial I prefer Block A due to bigger size, 1694 sqft. But after see the price and maintenance fee,  then.... Bo Bian.... Block C was my only choice... For own stay most likely. How abt u?

Correction, block A cheapest is 860k. 600k is block C, and I think the fees everymonth is about 250...
