i visited Vina office and site as well before going to WOTP to see and book. Still i like WOTP cause all the way there i see bungalow before reaching there...... and next to WOTP is land owned by UDA which i believe will built something nice there.... At Vina site, still doing land clearing. left side of it is low cost flat and right side is terrace house...

yea wanna ask did you all got around 100k rebate..??
the sales lady told me the norm is the 10% offset which all customer will get. Then the other bonus is a lucky draw. that will have 1k, 10k and 50k rebate which depends on your luck....and i let my baby girl to draw it...and she got the 50k one.... so 10% + 50k rebate is around 100k rebate..... i would said really good buy lor after 100k discount.... the bad side is i only got 1 parking cause no more for sale dy..... they build one more floor for parking but all also sold out dy.... aiseh |

QUOTE(CharmaineLee80 @ Apr 7 2013, 11:45 AM) just came back from the site... to be frank... not impressive by the project... expensive... and nothing much attractions... block C is even blocked by the low cost apartment, and block A lower floor will be blocked by block B eventually..... yea... the one i bought last weekend is the last unit which is not block by the low cost apartment (The SA honest enough to tell me the rest of the unit is block by the apartment).... Block C still have like 7 leftover units which is block by the low cost apartment.. i trust the SA will not dig a hole for me to jump in..... QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Apr 7 2013, 03:49 PM) Ya. But my friend unit far far better than my unit especially the view. Don't think sdb will sell those unit cheaper even you get it earlier. My unit is those left over undesirable unit. That's why they come out lucky draw and cny angpow, extra discount to certain not so nice unit to get rib of those unit as much as possible. But now all offer ended. Only til 31 march. Not sure will they create other gimmick to push the sale again. The offer still on.....but will end soon according to the SA.... there are like 3 more 50k rebate voucher left in the lucky draw box as of last weekend.... the rest is 10k and 1k rebate voucher... no more cny angpow now....I got glance through the thread...is it true that SDB provide shuttle to the MRT??? |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Apr 8 2013, 11:35 AM) Hi future neighbour! which unit type you bought at Block C? mine is 13A.... not low leh.... i like WOTP cause the landscape and the concept.... very good for family..though 916 is small unit...its depend, if you not block by the apartment you may face the STP. my 09 unit facing both. SA told me my unit will half block by the apartment and face the STP. provided 21 meters away from the wotp wall fence. i think should be fine. and i like 09 is corner unit and not far from the lift. unlike 3A and 03 corner units are quite far from the lift. Only 1 thing i don't like for block C is the main door face to face with each other. Yes, they do provide free shuttle to MRT for first year or 2....cant remember how long. many of my friends said wotp look like flat when first glance and nothing special.... but i quite like the whole layout planing and simplicity of design. eventually it may even look better than 5 stones. QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Apr 8 2013, 11:41 AM) we have 2 treatment plants around us. har... 2 plants somemore.... cham.... i wonder where is the other treatment plan.....zzz shit = prosperity/fortune. the treatment plant beside the apartment is cover up. |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Apr 8 2013, 12:02 PM) hey thanks for sharing this... i m in co vpn no wonder i can't see the pic.... QUOTE(WilberSc @ Apr 8 2013, 12:05 PM) Haha... all corner units are far from lift for sure lah... oh so its from MRT co.... then ok la.... i thought so nice WOTP provide such service....but still a good thing to note since MRT co decide to have WOTP as point of pick up.....[attachmentid=3382414] For the shuttle bus to MRT, i heard from SA said last time, is not provided by SDB but is a service from MRT company. They will schedule WOTP be part of the shuttle bus route. |

QUOTE(doomdoom @ Jul 16 2013, 10:45 AM) with the same price about 600k, can get a 1000++ sqf untis condo with gated guarded and full facilities the only reason i heard my fren wanted to buy a landed is for his kids to run around the house and porch area.... or maybe the street as well.... same price 600k, you may only get old landed house without gated guarded, without facility at same area, but of course landed more spacious nowadays, ppl not only buy house, but they prefer buy a lifestyle.... yes, condo is smaller, but more secure, and you enjoy those facilities...city folks espically single or young couple will more prefer on this. unless you start to set up a family, and need bigger space for your familiy (ur parents and ur kids), no time to enjoy facility, then you need to find a landed... i think kids running around in natural env is even better..... i think by the time my kids can run around, this wotp is ready... |
