That time I only know that their property price is damn high in terms of absolute price, so the sdb brand=quality never cross my mind. Talking about top developer in terms of quality, value for money or overall rating, which developer are on the list for you guys? |

Fast forward to present day, did I make the right choice? Totally 100%. Apart from the capital appreciation, Ameera is still one of their best products yet, considering the size and design, and the purchase price, you really get value, the value that SDB had created. Yes, they had the usual teething issues of delay of defect rectification, and some other issues, but at the end of the day, SDB creates a lifestyle, and the hardware (ie, the building design, the product) that is different from the rest. So if you think you want to own the product for own stay but at a premium price, I'd say it will be worth it because it's what you will be going home to every day. And for that reason, going to home Ameera was a joy because from the moment you enter the guardhouse through to the classy lift lobby, to your corridor which is sleek and timeless, you will truly feel you have found a home.
