There's agent giving 12% discount.. 1792sqft - starts from rm995,800.00 before rebate.
*
After discount work out to be abt rm876k for a resonable large apartment of 1792sqft, that is abt 490psf....reasonable for Cheras South?

let look at The Jewel@i-city, according to report rm1480psf, that mean a studio size of 600sqft is selling at abt rm888k...reasonable for Shah Alam?

one 600sqft studio The Jewel at Shah Alam = one 1792sqft WOTP at Cheras South

one got wax museum nearby...one got parkland at doorstep

Which to choose? Hard decision ...I guess is to choose the one that meet your goals of buying your dream property.

Read in the paper that Subang Jaya residents to get bicycle lanes...2.4m wide...2-way traffic flow, and that's not all...it comes with bicycle parking and rest areas too! WTF! Wow That's Fantastic!
It seem that the residents associations had requested for bicycle lanes, and their assemblyman Hannah Yeoh push for it. Bravo Hannah!

How we wish when WOTP is completed, we have bicycle lanes implemented in Bandar Tun Hussien Onn too. This area is really suitable for it as all amenities are just short distance away, and there are high number of trees lining the roads to provide ample cover for the lanes that can provide some comfort to cyclist. Residents can ride to do their marketing at nearby supermarkets, to makan nearby, movies at the malls, even to the MRT station. Riding a bicycle for short distance trips will benefit your health as well as protect the environment. Maybe all the developers in BTHO and the residents can group together and request for bicycle lanes from the local council. What say you?

Just imagine we can cycle safely and in comfort to Econsave to do some marketing...to AEON to get a pair of shoes...to mamak restaurant for breakfast...isn't that great...WTF! Wow That's Fantastic!

Bandar Tun Hussien Onn has been identified as one of the best places to live in KV by Property in Malaysia...

http://www.propertyinmalaysia.com/best-pla...uala-lumpur.php

This is certainly good news to buyers of WOTP.

Time to do some space planning for Block C. Since the size is only 916 sf. kinda small. Any 1 have good recommendation on space planning software / reference like book or website?
*
The smallest apartment in America...78sqft and the guy who live in it looks happy.

Your 916sqft is a mansion to this guy.

yup, idea also not so good. should be when step inside the compound or
pass the guardhouse... their attitude should 180degree change to positive and happy face..

ini macam insult their landscape designer no good also... and no calm effect even you are surrounded by sculpture , water fountain and nice landscaping.....

whats the point having sooo good landscape but pipu still marah marah.

idea quite bad ler. should redo the whole idea...
*
Your idea is to make the whole WOTP area a stress free zone...great idea I support it...nowadays life is so stressful for some people with all the negative emotions created by GST, interest rate hike, bubble bursting or not bursting...waiting is stressful, traffic jam sibeh jialat...and so on...

I found this video quite useful for someone who want to destress in a short time...you may want to watch it if you have the time...

http://youtu.be/F6eFFCi12v8

Brazil lost to Germany 7 - 1 sibeh stressful....hope nobody lost a WOTP.

But too bad....1600sf+ price so expensive
also sold out sapu habits Liao.

Now only left 2000sf+ units.

This kind of development...Its all about brand. Not just price
*
SDB brand is a promise to a good quality and good design property. If you think good quality/design property is expensive, you should look at the cost of bad quality/design property...you'll pay a heavy price in future.

WOTP is...
- built to last, a good quality and earthquake resistant building
- environmentally friendly for residents to enjoy...quality of life improve
- unique..has real identity, character and beauty...residents will be proud to tell you where they live.." I am very happy living in WOTP...come visit me and we can enjoy coffee on the balcony looking out at the lush greenery during sunset"

Actually the price not that expensive...less than rm500 psf, is that the units are big...more suitable for family.

Agreed if calculate by per sf is actually lower than most of not-that-famous developers nearby.. They still have 1700sft+ priced at near 900k at latest block, 2ksft + all above a million ad.

Well definitely no doubt on quality and reputation of this developer just that SDB may need to boost their sales, last blcok is less than 20% sales during my visit last week and middle block still have many large units left. Heard there is one family day event by SDB coming? Time to boost sales  rclxms.gif
*
Only two weeks ago somebody posted on this tread the sale chart which shows the last block, that is Block B was 55% sold....how come you went last week is less than 20% sales for the last block? Did you go to the right sales gallery for WOTP? Any sales charts you can post here to proof? Don't tell me they rejected 35% of those people who had booked units in Block B within a week....if yes sibeh jialat lor...

We are still waiting for pregnantboy to come back to clarify the big difference in the sales figure for Block B...one is 55% and one is less than 20%...which one is correct? if is less than 20% is correct then I'll have to do the One-Moment Meditation to calm down ...

In a few hours time, the Holland vs Argentina semi-final is on....enjoy the game guys...but please don't be overconfident that your team will win, you still have to count the score at the end.

I no cheat le..  sweat.gif  i remember the 1700sft+ was only 5 units taken in last block? because i still have plenty to choose from when the SA showed me (which i surprised too becoz i read this forum before visit), don't have to mention big big size units la, understand la..

Btw I didn't take picture la.. Well i could be wrong maybe SA didn't update his list when showed.. What i can say is someone may pay a visit and justify.. give me back justice  notworthy.gif

I read in SDB latest financial report that they have achieved a higher turnover and net profit compared to last year. It was stated that it was mainly attributable to higher sales achieved in Windows On The Park, By The Sea, The Hub and Village....so, how could some people said WOTP sales is teruk? rclxub.gif

why would the authorities want to change WTOP name in the first place?

but what's wrong with naming a property in Malay? why are we still adverse to naming property area in Malay?

why are we still so obsessed with using engleeesh names for our properties? dont we want to have our own identities?
*
It is perfectly okay to name a property in Bahasa Malaysia...no issue to most people. However, it is important to choose a good name, whether is in BM or English. It has to be elegant, distinctive and sound good. The name a developer choose for a property may determine its success or failure.

I agree it's ideal for family stay, and really love the concept of WOTP. At current price point, I believe you cannot get anything comparable in Klang Valley concept wise.

Just worried about the traffic jam to work (I work near city centre) besides the relative few commercial offerings in the area.

Btw, how's the demographics of Bandar Tun Hussein Onn?
*
Living in an urban area like the Klang Valley, traffic jam can be a major daily headache...is part of life ...no escape for those who need to travel to the city centre to work. We can only see traffic getting worse not better in the future.
The best way to avoid this traffic madness is beside living next to your office, is to take mass transit like the LRT, Kommuter train and MRT (in the near future) to the city....is certainly much faster, cheaper and more relaxing.
so..I would think the first priority when we choose a location for a property is to be near a mass transit station, second have easy access to major highways, and thirdly near to amenities.
BTHO is near to a MRT station and have easy access to a few major highways, and near to shops, hospital, supermarkets, malls...therefore, personally is my pick as a good location. Recently, I have posted an article from Property in Malaysia, where they have researched and identified BTHO as one of the 4 areas in Cheras as best places to live in the KV, the others are Taman Midah, Taman Cheras and Bandar Sg Long.

Note: WOTP provide shuttle service to the MRT station for its residents rclxms.gif

One of the top things to do when house hunting is to check out the neighbourhood to make sure it meets your expectations. We would be please to hear your thoughts after your survey of the area.

Enjoy your game of badminton tomorrow.
