Today just received a letter of purchase additional car park bay up to 1 car park from SDB at price RM 28k and have sign and return to SDB together with cheque or cash within 7 days from the issued letter date.
*
Ya... I received the same letter from SDB, will be getting an additional car park lot...the cheapest entry to owning another property in WOTP....car park lot is still consider a property? or am I wrong?

Read in CNN today, the amount of money people paid for a car park lot in Hong Kong is insane! Is closed to rm1.7 million, you add a little bit more, you can get to buy a Jia from SDB Melawati project lor...

To all the wise people in town, here is a riddle for you to solve;

Before Budget 2015, it was popularly called Sg Buluh Putrajaya Line, 56km long and $24.9b

Budget 2015 called it Selayang Putrajaya Line, 56km long and $23b costs.

If line start from Selayang as compared to Sg Buluh, estimated distance shorter by 2 or 3 km. But length seems to be about same as the earlier speculation.

So looks like somewhere on the south has "changed" plus it is cheaper by $1.9b

Where can this be  ???    rclxs0.gif

Wow...this riddle is fun...it really stretch your brain, anyway I will try to solve it...this is my answer..

The bustling suburb of KL, call Cheras, will be hosting more MRT stations, that mean that residents staying north, south, east and west of Cheras will have easy access to MRT line 1 & 2 stations.
We know that Cheras already hosting a number of LRT stations, criss-crossed with a network of major highways, also with TBS in the area...and if I am correct with your riddle...Cheras huat la! Land and properties here can only go one way...UP! biggrin.gif

It is really unbelievable how fast the construction is, only a week ago hellokor was reporting that they were working on the 20th floor...now 21st floor...is like one floor a week, and considering the weather not that good too..hazy and heavy rain. If continue at this rate, I am not surprised they are topping out Block A & C by first Q next year or maybe even earlier.

Aberdeen,

That time the salesgirl find the nearest additional car park for me. Really thanks her a lot. Super Bull coz I am working as Remisier (so need super bull) if not cannot afford to repay the loan, heheheeee.
*
Super Bull is a very suitable nickname for someone who make a living from the stock market...yeah...stock market needs lot of super bulls, so do the property market...

This sculpture in front of the New York Stock Exchange, known as the "Charging Bull" is one of my favourite sculptures...some people believe it helps to lift the stock market, as the energy of a charging bull is more than 4 tons.....hope we have a similar sculpture in WOTP so it can help to lift the price of our property too!...hahaha biggrin.gif

All block lvls can direct access the lift area will have 4 oku cp allocate near there. Looks fine n OK. Well planing.

I agree, SDB not only planned WOTP as a family-friendly home but also disabled-friendly. This condo is more for family stay, you will have elderly people around...is not easy to find a residential high-rise that has sufficient facility such as dedicated near-by parking spaces for those with physical disability.
Well done! SDB

some updates.

saw some block C units inside wall cementing work started.

block A giant windows construction racking taken off.
sorry the tree block the view....
*
If SDB is going to put in some show units in Block A, then they will likely want to beautify the appearance of the area surrounding Block A & C...maybe start to do some landscaping there, and also to build the grand entrance.

Anyone can confirm whether there are show units in Block A?

If I'm not mistaken, the SA told me that the developer would built show units in Block A when the present show rooms are demolished to make way for the construction.

Very good! This will give us a chance to see how great the landscape, however tiny it is...before the full-scale parks are delivered to us upon completion.

not so sure... hmm.gif

but if your unit balcony is attached with next unit balcony...
then the wall in-between both unit is brickwall and think can be hack! rclxms.gif

you can always buy over your neighbor unit (attached balcony only) and make it into 1 unit.
916sf x2= 1832sf. become bigger than those 1600sf-1700sf unit size. thumbup.gif

you can separate your kicthen and yard in 2 areas. you will have super wider balcony area also.
suddenly become sibeh unique and luxury.

roughly ini macam... from 916sf become 1832sf.
*
Hello kor, the layout for Block C unit is very nice....all bedrooms and bathrooms are grouped in one area...give some privacy, rooms not display every time the front door opened. When guest visit, they feel more comfortable sitting in the living room chatting while leaving the rest of your home private.

916sqft is not small with a well designed layout...and don't forget, you have a huge outdoor leisure area for your family to enjoy! biggrin.gif

Was wondering block c unit the wall between smallest room and dining whether is brick wall or these concrete wall that can't be hacked. Thinking of removing the wall.lol
*
I think removing the walls of the small room completely, will certainly make the area more spacious...it just like creating an open area for the kitchen, dinning and family living...is nice..
However, do not remove any walls before consulting the developer, eventhough this is an earthquake resistant building, it could seriously weaken the structure of your home.
