How can you be 100% sure when you are assuming...you are jumping to conclusions.
There is a big difference between what you know and what you think you know...I am not a SA from WOTP.

this sport macam sibeh no fun 1. if no indoor basketball. hope ada tennis court.
or indoor basket cum roof top tennis court. shiok ar!

It's not everyone's dream to run around in a basketball/tennis court, sibeh jialat for the seniors. The good thing about lawn bowls is that it is a sport that everyone can take up, regardless of ability...aged 9 to 90 can play.

I don't mind having the basketball court...I love basketball.

Award-winning landscape architect, Dr. Colin K. Okashimo and another award-winning architect, master-planner and academic at the forefront of sustainable development, Prof. Jason Pomeroy gave a talk on the green approach undertaken by SDB in ensuring a sustainable living at Windows On The Park Sales Gallery last year in May. Anyone here attended the talk? I missed it because at that time I've not known WOTP yet. The talk must be interesting.

His art sculpture work very nice. Of all the works best 1 still the park seven's  art piece very match the condo and the status. The wotp art piece he created also sibeh not bad. Quite match with the theme.
*
Sculptures can certainly add beauty to a garden or park and make it looks more artistic, exotic and enhance its appearance. Just look at some of these sculptures....the last 4 I believe are Colin Okashimo's work...

Oh yeah! I love to party...count me in.

Attached Image

It have to be a green theme party to match with the environment...everybody wear green...

Attached Image

including pets...

Attached ImageAttached Image

but...not so green that you blend into the background completely...then nobody can notice you...

Attached Image

come as a green cactus...not recommended, security guards may throw you out...careful with the needles..

Attached Image

build a campfire..hmm..not a good idea...after our beautiful park become like this...

Looking forward to the move in party!

I believe SDB had opted for having tandem parking, though the land size of the project is big, was because of the design of WOTP. Priority is given to the parkland, therefore is appropriate to restrict space allocated to car parking, the designer may not fancy having the parkland sitting on top of car park level.

Rainforest trees may not be suitable to be planted on top of car park as their roots are strong and grow deep into the ground...

Attached Image

if on top of car park level...this may happen.....then how?

Attached Image

so, to optimise the number of car parking...the layout have to be tandem...this is just my theory, I may be wrong.

The good thing is at least 2 car park are allocated ... even to the smaller units.

Tandem extra parking - RM 18k
Side by side parking but different location - RM 13k

Both pay for 10% when confirmed sign snp! the remaining will pay hand get key.
*
You are the lucky one...car park alone already untung. It was unbelievable cheap...I would prefer the side by side parking, surprisingly cheaper too..really don't mind walking a bit further to my car...is healthy.

After launched for so long only 84% & 55% sold for block A & B. I think there will be many unsold units when VP later.
*
Despite the government property cooling measures, about 82% sold on the project latest...not bad...can be considered successful.
Block C 165 units sold out, Block A 249 units sold 84%, left 40 units, and Block B launched last year October, 126 units sold 55% left 57 units...so left 97 units out of the total of 540 units...not that many lah..
out of these 97 still available units, 13 are penthouses, very large ..very expensive close to 2 mil and above, not easy to sell...take time, the rest also large units close to one mil and above....SDB very calm..no panic...they know most of the units will be sold...if not just hold them a bit longer, they can afford to wait....

oh...

block C playground facility floor at lvl 1.
block A&B clubhouse facility floor at lvl2.

no wonder they can made the gym house macam at hill side. cool... can see hilly landscape clubhouse park above parking floor.

think badminton court underneath clubhouse park need minimum 3-4 floors. L1, G, LG1, LG2.
*
You can see that all the 3 blocks are sitting on top of the car park...and you look closely...you can see the car park is built with a gentle slope up towards Block B and with a big park located at the end. I was told the landscape is undulating...have a wavy form which give the park a delightful views. In short, the whole place does not look flat...that's how you can have a gym macam on hillside.

Attached Image Attached Image

the park next to Block B

these are some of the undulating landscape parks...hope our park will come out as beautiful...

and they buka 1 side door from the outside connect to the showroom. no idea for what.

block c brick work started.

ohh...so sad cry.gif I love that showroom, is one of the reasons why I bought a unit in WOTP.

That area is the grand entrance to WOTP...don't tell me so early they want to build the grand entrance...then the entrance must be as grand as the entrance to the Forbidden City...haha
