The tiles at pool area, looks like got variation in terms of color.......
*
These look like Rustic tiles...one of the primary features that characterizes this style of tile is its imperfection. Rustic tile colors typically include reds, browns, and other shades found in nature. Colors are muted, and emphasize earth shades. It gives a classic old world look...together with wood flooring and greenery around ...is very nice...I think most SDB products have this sort of rustic design.

It's actually discoloration of the tiles, this was subsequently fixed and it no longer look like that now

Ha..Ha..ha.. I guess is beautifully imperfect..

Ish....that is a lot of difference in terms of location.
How about the price?
*
Almost every location is ideal for someone.

Five Stones - SS2 > rm600psf

WOTP - Cheras Selatan < rm500psf

This project confirm will delay, jz wait 4 LAD.
*
We know good things take time, if it can be delivered on time, we'll be happy but quality must not be compromised, if late, we'll wait and should be compensated as stipulated in the S&P agreement.

Ya. But there are 2 points here which is very important.
1) Can they deliver what they have promised?
2) After deliver (If), can they maintain them

no worry...everything is going to be amazing

I am happy with the way WOTP is progressing....some may say is slow, but I would say slow progress is better than no progress.

wotp got some similarity element with Lone pine
both project also designed by GDP

- the wotp block a and b corridor.
- the wotp block c external lift lobby facade
- expose red brick in certain areas.
*
I've noticed WOTP has 2 slight similarity elements with Gates Foundation Building, there are both with...

V-shaped building design...

For those who want to know more about sustainable design, you may be interested in this article...a Q & A with Jason Pomeroy on his view on sustainable design in Asia. WOTP is a good buy except fr 916sqft.....it is declared as medium cost apartment....in the future, it might cause big implication for resale purpose........
*
May I ask why you think there might be big implication for resale for the 916sqft? There are 165 units of this size, and all were sold out very quickly....I wonder whether any of the buyers have thought of this implication....these units are not cheap...I think more than rm500 psf. More detail explanation will be appreciated.

One of my favourite features in WOTP is the park...design like tropical rainforest with 3-tier of plants and trees...tier 1 Emergent, tier 2 canopy and tier 3 understory...

Hope these 2 drawings will give a better idea of how the park is going to be landscaped...

this drawing shows the 3-tiers of plants and trees..

Attached Image

this drawing explain the rainforest structure...

Just to divert to something interesting, the ideas of an ecosystem translated into architectural design. ...is a concept 5 story building in Atlanta with a basement level and rooftop terrace where the design of the building is around the vertical story of an actual rainforest. The legend below shows the building levels on the right and the rainforest layers on the left:

Attached Image

level 1 - forest layer
level 2 - understory layer
level 3, 4 & 5 - canopy layer
level 6 - emergent layer

I believe that every buyer's of WOTP is a winner, regardless of whether you are a buyer of block A, B or C. Why?
Because WOTP is a trophy property in the Cheras area, with its unique architectural design, wide open green spaces, cinematic landscape with stone sculptures, sustainable benefits in its development, good amenities surround the development....and the best of all is it comes with a reasonable price on a psf basis.
WOTP is a champion...and everyone loves a champion...buyers no regret!

I was told that the majority of the buyers of WOTP are owner-occupied. If this is true, is another good news because it can give owners a boost to build a stronger sense of community to create a more caring and supportive environment for the benefit of all residents...which will lead to happier and healthier living in WOTP.

If you go after something as beautiful as WOTP and don't have anything to talk about, its going to get boring fast.

I just play play, have fun and enjoy posting here...don't take thing too seriously...have a bit of humour is good for you.

It will be like striking 4D if SDB pays me commission...hahaha
