If is true WOTP is going to increase price in May, it could be due to 2 reasons...
1. sales are good
2. price difference with competing project is large...Lumiere 530 psf leasehold, WOTP 430 - 450 psf freehold...this is too cheap already...time to up a bit

WOTP is unique beyond comparison with any other condos, not only in South Cheras but the whole of Cheras. Grande Arche is extremely huge compare to WOTP, even a plane can fly through it.....

One thing we know for sure, is whether an arch is featured in a door, window, building, porch, or natural like in a mountain, it adds focus to an otherwise simple exterior. As part of an already elaborate façade, it adds to the visual excitement.

Everyone know, buying a property can be fun and exciting or stressful and demoralizing...I guess we choose to have fun and excitment and take pride in WOTP ownership and care for one of our most valuable assets. We can see that there are lots of people in this forum who shared the same pride in the property that they bought. Pride of ownership is the number one reason why people yearn to own their home.

Latest progress on the MRT station in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn......there will be a shuttle bus service from WOTP to this station.

Another distinctive feature of WOTP is the shaded 800m jogging track with Batu Milestones.
How long is a 800m track? Is twice the length of an olympic stadium track....just imagine having a relaxing jog through the pleasant greenery of the park, enjoying refreshing wind and beautiful sculptures.....

I can see the huge Window appears in the background...even at this stage it looks simple but amazing, lovely and beautiful....when completed these Windows are going to be breathtaking.

Whenever homeowners see red bricks are use for the construction of their home, it give them a feeling of being safe, secure and protected, as compare to other bricks like sand/cement bricks. I guess this feeling comes from the confidence in the quality of red bricks. The facts are red bricks are more solid, have cooling effect, and act as better sound barrier.

WOTP site plan shows two entrances, a main entrance and a service entrance...



Main entrance, I presume is for residents use....





I think my Proton Saga can also use the main entrance...
