Cos they got few level basement floors that's why take longer time to dig and piling I guess. But anyway, I checked with lawyer, he said first bank payment should be released by bank by early of July.

Ya, I asked. They gave me reason becos my unit is lower floor so gave me LG2 in block C and another and block A . For those units have higher floor will give same block car park for thier ease and convenience.

Initial only LG1, but due to demand for extra parking lots from buyers, therefore they revise blueprint of the building again lo.

Today went to site visit, saw the basement car parks are doing piling already. And also, saw beside the pond of wotp, got black smokr from factories besides. Wondering the factories will still be there or will be moved when wotp completed 😤
