Is like that. Need to wait for few months... Long time mine also same. I booked since from July 2012 but until Nov 2012 just sign for loan agreement & SNP. Duplicate copy also wait until around 1-2 months only manage to get.

You need to keep chase SA & your solicitor.

Opps, sorry... Just recalled, in fact, my loan agreement also no yet received since from Dec 2012 i signed until now. I checked with solicitor couple months ago, he said, due to current there is no yet have first bank release therefore no yet have send for stamping. He said will wait for first bank release around July or Aug 2013.

Wow, really? They really want to dump in money to do show units again! Haha... I thought they are going to remove the sales office soon due to clearance for construction. Because last time they said this sales office will be removed for construction after 1 year estimate.

No la, is after first release payment from bank then they will release back 8000 to us. U can check your snp.

Ya, Block C. Initial I prefer Block A due to bigger size, 1694 sqft. But after see the price and maintenance fee, then.... Bo Bian.... Block C was my only choice... For own stay most likely. How abt u?
