QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Dec 27 2013, 07:14 PM) lol... yahor... me bad..hehe... percentage perception mar. like we don't hope PH come..high percentage is bad egg mah. PH do have nice and good 1. just the problem we import many wrong type/class of people. hope ada korean and jap stay around but too bad so far no. because not far away ada australia school and alice smith (a bit far). so thought some angmo may stay around mar. also perception set as high percentage most of them got class 1 mar. they also got some bad 1. like my agent encounter a angmo never pay rent and run away after 3 months. Just happy to see good mix of various races yang ada class. not just only malay, cina, indian very sien 1...should move beyond 1 malaysia...lol Perception, negative or positive, real or unreal, can drive property values into the ground or into the sky. It is important to know where your neighbourhood stands. The biggest problem in many neighbourhoods is caused by perception more than reality. Cheras has always been look at as a working class area....where got Ang Mohs want to come.....maybe is time to change our perception on Cheras to more of a positive one and people will start to believe it is slowly turning into a more upper class area and miracle do happen... the Ang Mohs may come in droves..hahaha , keep your finger cross , those who loves the Ang Mohs This post has been edited by aberdeen: Dec 28 2013, 01:08 PM

QUOTE(wynestv @ Dec 28 2013, 10:37 PM) Agree, it's good sign since Citibank open at this area. As you know, most of lowyat forumer own 916 - 1685 sf, hence, it's more easy to rent out compare with 2095sf. Congrats those own smaller unit, you made a good choice !! Does a presence of a foreign bank in an outlying district of a city indicate a potential hotspot for growth in term of population and affluent? I certainly think so...since foreign banks in Malaysia face restrictions on the number of branches they are allowed to open...they would probably had done a detail research to confirm the potential of the area before they set up a branch. Citibank does not have many branches, and they do follow their customers, and their customers are usually the business people and with deep pockets......is a good sign! BTHO got plenty of potential to grow into another MK or maybe better...think positive..think positive

QUOTE(WilberSc @ Mar 12 2014, 10:37 PM) Seem progress slow... Other nearby project like casa green, natur, you city all faster than WOTP. this is an earthquake resistant building, I guess it take longer time to construct the foundation and structure to withstand earthquakes compare to conventional buildings.

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Dec 18 2013, 02:11 PM) [attachmentid=3774322][attachmentid=3774325][attachmentid=3774326][attachmentid=3774327] MRT update....line 1 (Sg Buloh - Kajang) is proceeding smoothly on schedule...comes 2017 when the SBK Line is completed, properties in the vicinity of MRT stations will be in great demand. The high number of passengers using MRT will give rise to plenty of new business opportunities of all kinds in the vicinity of MRT stations....is proven in Singapore, Hong Kong & Taiwan. MRT Line 2 (Sg Buloh-Serdang-Putra Jaya) I believe will go on as planned, exact alignment of the line hv yet to be finalised.....understand that there may be a station on line 2 that is close to WOTP.....it will be a double blessing for WOTP residents if it comes true. I guess our wish came true...today's Star reported that the government has given approval for MRT Line 2 http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Busines...nment-approval/MRT Line 1 progress as at January 2014 at BTHO

If SDB said they can deliver in time, we should take their word for it....why worry...if they fails to deliver as stated in the S & P agreement, they are liable to compensate the buyer damages calculated from a daily basis at 10% per annum of the purchase price...this can work out to be quite substantial.

QUOTE(Stamp @ Apr 10 2014, 09:37 PM) WOTP is designed with sustainable living in mind, where the developer have dedicated almost 50% of the vast 8.9 acre site to nature. Not only it comes with a lush green environment with artistic landscape, the building is earthquake resistant...yes is interesting!
