How long more u think u need to hold for 1.6m?
Afaik not many enquiries for subsales for JH
and 2.5 twinvilla still got unit from developer lower price than 1.6m

People has yet to discover the beauty of jadehills and gamuda does not seems to be rushing/pushing for sales.

If 2 storey could sell for 1.38m, then 2.5 storey 1.6m is not unreasonable.

Bandar mahkota cheras latest launching is 40x65ft linked house with a built-up 3xxx sqft and the price is about 1.6m?

There are many more development coming up in cheras south with this sort of pricing but less facilities.

End 2014 or beginning of 2015 could be a good time when the whole Kajang area got upgraded with new malls, business centers, up market housings and etc.

But then there is also prediction that property price will be softened in year 2014.

I think less than one year.

QV already fully sold if not wrong since 1 months ago according neighbour heard say.

Agree with you.

Last saturday when payment my maintenance fees have a chat with the sales girls.

she said only have 6 bungalow and 5 semi D not yet sold inside here.

lots of people like kajang now.

For some reason, the JH suite not in BBB mode lor cuz its non goreng friendly package for most investors and the psf is steep for this area according to some taiko here lah. Can consider the most mahal psf for high rise leh for this part of kajang.

I have observed that many developers benchmark the high rise property price against the nearby landed property psf price especially when it is built surrounding residential township.

All the while Jadehills concept has been different from others, their sales strategy too! Hahaha.......

Jade Suite full potential will only be realized when the surrounding business center is developed and the jadehills gets busier as many more people moving in.

It has been my interest to purchase good properties and sell it at a profit or keep it if I change my mind.

This is what happened to my previous property as well. I still think that Bandar Puteri Puchong is a nice place.

I'm however not the goreng type.

Think still got plenty frm block c & d nia.. Maybe, The nearby kilang kilang smoke and banjir sked potential buyers off jor. Somemore not much incentives kasi oso nia
