1023sf and 1.4ksf

i think quite decent deal for a 3Room apartment for own stay for below 450k for such a condo at jade hills

very very low profile compared to other project like ekocheras or robertson

The price for jadite suite seems reasonable with 450psf.given the brand of gamuda n jade hills n the size more to family own stay oriented .
Now seems like most all price above 500psf here and there .
Those who stay in kajang can consider this as upgrade . Just my 2 cents
