The Jadite is under commercial title and the banker told me maximum loan margin up to 85% only. Any of you here manage to get 90%?
On a side note, Mah Sing gonna launch their Southville City, Bangi tomorrow. 1,000sq ft service apartment estimate 380k. Freehold. |

So long this is your 1st or 2nd Home Loan, you should get up to 90% financing. Can anyone confirm if the charges will be on residential rate ah? How come heard other project built on commercial land but kasi residential rate quick rate, assesement rate etc geh?
