Say coming from IOI putrajaya, JH no need to pay tol but to semenyih at least 2 more toll to pay to reach seh or eco project. Toll will increase again lets see u die or not

Jadehills is premium address with individual title, top tier GnG, clubhouse just like setiaecopark, ambang botanic, valencia/sierramas while Ecohill is like Setia Alam, bandar botanic/bkt tinggi, ttdi jaya..

This is why there are thousands of terrace houses in non GnG environment in Ecohill jus like Setia Alam vs only premium props in Ecopark/valencia/Ambang..

Based on location, JH got IOI City mall, mrt/ktm, many highways, much faster to KL while semenyih takes as long as nilai takes to klcc not forgetting many other major office hubs such as Sentral, MV, BS, Dsara Heights, uptown are extremely far from semenyih.. very few ppl work in klcc n many high paying jobs in Sentral, DH ya..

Better buy in Nilai if work in kl as got ktm, closer to KL n much more value for money

Hahahah why u never bored complaint JH overprice ? why bother when people are wiling to buy even overpriced ? let them buy lah u just stay in semenyih which is the most worth buying development in this part.

Don't say go until semenyih la. I booked Tropicana heights but drive there a few times, cannot stand the distance cancel booking and forfeit fee. So yeah. If don't work in kl, buy further nvm. If work in kl, I choose something nearer lor. If TH, every day to and fro , extra 20 mins of my life wasted already.

Also, not many want a bustling commercial area. Want the crowd? Just drive out la. Want peace and serenity and taiping lake feel? Stay inside Jh lor. Especially true after stay bmc for 9 years. Everyday wanna go eat dinner, jam and fight for parking space until cry.
So again, personal preference. Not everyone like to stay near a bustling commercial hub with planned high rise condo.

Semenyih have no job. All got to travel to KL shah alam. 

Setia alam travel to shah alam/klang for job  is so convinient. 

Aiyo cafeteria also cannot go in?  Sometimes lazy to drive out eat. Just cycle to cafeteria
