Shocking mean .....worth to build such high quality and facilities at kajang ?....low density big land come with high cost....monthly .. up keep also not cheap.....who is going to buy expensive highrise at kajang?....... if at M. Kiara.... Dpc understand ... .... but not in kajang...... simply no market.

got market de....especially these dna...secured landed is beyond the reach of most young home owners even in si beh far places.....therefore buying condo is the only solution......given that most younger generation wouldn't be comfortable staying in pangsapuri or flats these days....

Omg 83% that's very high. So more highest for high rise? Can get more info to verify it? Otherwise just talk only. So good results why GL no shouts about it?

Been searching for Conquas news relating to Jadite but none appear. Probably have to wait for Gamuda to announce before we can believe on the score.

Compare to Jadehill landed is 600k? ada lagi ? I WANT !!!!
