32K discounted empty unit is still a bargain. you may utilise that amount of money to reno the unit by your own preference. i guess 32K is good enough for 650sqf, perhaps add a little more for better quality works. you mind to tell which block/floor you bought? a mega project called EkoCheras recorded super BBB during last 2 weekend, will Montena benefit from their price? 596 sqft sells at 425K onwards...
I bought Montena 603 sqft at 283K, almost furnished somemore...MRT factor cost 140K price higher....huhh... |
