I grab a 3 unit of 692ft and I also bought before the sales office build up ..... He he .. Hope can earn after their complete the project ...

as for montena, there is no sign of construction works.
when are they going to start building the foundation?
i uploaded some photos on my previous post, those are shop houses align next to montena.
have you guys paid for 2nd 10%? (5% discount)
for me not yet, when?

maybe project site too near existing residential, causing noise nuisance. Public complaints are serious business. Developer's nightmare.

wanna ask about loans . Sa told me 2 banks are panel , RHB , and UOB.
However, my friend in uob told me that i cant get 85% margin due to 3rd property n they approve after nett price.
