buy 2 units cost abt RM560k+ and got built up area of 1,200sq ft +, then hack it off to become one unit. Worth it for that price and area?

If I can remember correctly...
RM 300k onwards or RM 500 psf Early bird 5% discount Each floor increased by RM 1-1.2k Commercial SOVO without HDA First phase ( Block B ) 95% sold... Block A ( Pool View or KLCC view ) will open for booking soon. With increase price. |
