no updates, there isnt any sign of work progress for montena.
for shoplot next to petronas, ground works have started, but slow ( due to GE13, i guess ).
no idea how many unit left.
quite a number of agents' ads in iproperty for block B with great offer.

went to fame modulation office on Sunday 4pm, being told only ONE unit at block B 4th floor is left, the salesman told the piling work has started, not sure about this as I didn't find it out from the site

last week went to the office was told 3 left
4th floor is the unit 11 right..beside lift

but online when ask some agents told me +-10 units left
not sure how it works. diff agents have diff number of units to sell?

how will the rental fetch? suggested 2k but u think possible?

Just wanna make it clear developer just release out few previous loan rejected units on this weeks.
And this will be the last release on all the units.
The construction is start on this month.
Diff agent won't have diff number of units.
I'm the person in charge sales agent full time base on Montena 7 days a weeks and 31 days a month.

Hi, mind to share which bank offer the loan the what is the rate they offer?

I know that HLB offer BLR -2.35% and upto 89% of loan amount, unfortunately, their quota has existed for this project

Wao HLB's rate is gd! My RHB just offer BLR-2% 85% loan. I shud compare other bank 1st

as my loan is 80% from bank, 20% downpayment.

1st 10% - paid
2nd 10% - not yet, no call from developer.

guys, any of u paid for 2nd 10% downpayment?

Yea have some loan rejected units release out but not much is less than 20 units.

The lowest and the smallest unit price start from RM320k

2nd 10% billing already send out. For sure u will received the bill soon.

The earth work and piling is starting on this month.
