Agree with u superpigchan, RM$500 per sf is quite pricey but best location + fully furnished.

Things to worry :

1. do u guys think it will turn to black resident area (student from UCSI)?
2. parking area? since only 1 parking offered per unit.

As told the completion date is on end 2015, hope it would deliver on time.

As far as I know, Type B1 657 sqft is still available under developer at the current price of RM340K onwards.
A few units left facing nowhere.
Those on upper floor with perfect view whereby buyers are concern about were sold like hotcakes.
If this isn't an issue, you may just walk-in to the sales office located at Alam Damai for a quick peep.
The friendly staffs are helpful by giving you all the info as needed. GOOD LUCK!

Hi Superpigchan, the exact site for PR1MA Alam Damai would be plotted at Persiaran Bestari, Alam Damai.
If you google it from the map = along Jalan Alam Damai next to pondok polis Alam Damai.

Good or bad news?
Generally it would be unfavourable due to heavy traffic/residence but the location is far away from Montena, for me I'm OK with it since IJM Altitude 236 is next to Montena.

ohh i know your unit, the standalone in between block a and b (next to lift). thats the best unit among all.
did you buy during the launch with 8% discount?
as for now, the price increased 20k for any unit left by developer.
any comment on the elevated SUKE highway build in front of Montena?

YES, it is worth to buy for own stay or rent out due to price + location factors.

i passed by several times to check the site progression.
however it seems slow, couple of bulldozer flattening the soil, some piling on the shop office unit (next to petronas).
as for montena suites, it has not started yet.

do you think it will complete on time Q4 2015 as promised?

as for montena, there is no sign of construction works.
when are they going to start building the foundation?

i uploaded some photos on my previous post, those are shop houses align next to montena.

no updates, there isnt any sign of work progress for montena.
for shoplot next to petronas, ground works have started, but slow ( due to GE13, i guess ).
no idea how many unit left.
quite a number of agents' ads in iproperty for block B with great offer.

any news to update regarding the montena sovo?

old price which is before 20k increase.
fully furnished + 1 parking.

basically everything from the photos EXCEPT: (as told by the property agent)

1. sofa set in living room
2. king size bed mattress

what package and discount do they offer now?
heard from my friends, they do offer 30K cash discount but without furnish. (means totally empty)
OR the other way, fully furnished but no cash rebate.

please, any words anyone?

32K discounted empty unit is still a bargain.
you may utilise that amount of money to reno the unit by your own preference.
i guess 32K is good enough for 650sqf, perhaps add a little more for better quality works.

you mind to tell which block/floor you bought?
