If I am not wrong, SOHO being residential under HDA no need sprinkle

SOVO/SOFO being commercial office need to provide for sprinkle or else would not pass the bomba test

In SOHO, the kitchen is call kitchen

In SOVO/SOFO, kitchen is call pantry

Bro, u better check with the developer...all progress billing after 1 apr 15 for commercial properties is subject to GST

Say the unit is 400k and 300k has been billed before 1 apr, the 100k after that will need to pay 6k GST by the purchaser to developer
