If I were to choose in block A for 603 sqft unit, high floor facing west should be the choice, less impact if u consider the SUKE highway and yet u may enjoy the klcc view (high floor only), lots of city people prefer west facing rather than east, coz they wake up late and normally go back after sunset...facing west actually can sleep late some more...just IMHO...
Anyway, unit 13A (2 rooms corner) is the best, bedroom facing south peaceful park view whereas living room facing KLCC (high floor) , the really corner unit without getting viewed by other units....shortest distance to lift and yet having privacy...

As told, this project complete on end 2015, or maybe mid 2016. ( will extend another 6 months duration due to fully furnished )
I hope my info is correct?

Any neighbour around besides superpigchan?
Agree with u superpigchan, RM$500 per sf is quite pricey but best location + fully furnished.

Things to worry :

1. do u guys think it will turn to black resident area (student from UCSI)?
2. parking area? since only 1 parking offered per unit.

Haha...SOVO doesn't mean wake up late la...what I mean is young people nowadays sleep late and wake up late la....(like you post at 3.40am!! or you wake up so early??...just kidding)

because the design of this project is small unit, which is a bit more suitable for younger people or young couple, and they have the tendency of waking up late or come back late ma....

I passed by this evening, saw ONE bulldozer operating on the construction site.
As told the completion date is on end 2015, hope it would deliver on time.

Anymore update anyone here? Appreciate if you could contribute.

Hi whats up?

TYPE A 692 sqft SOLD OUT

TYPE B1 657 sqft

TYPE B2 603 sqft SOLD OUT

As far as I know, Type B1 657 sqft is still available under developer at the current price of RM340K onwards.
A few units left facing nowhere.
Those on upper floor with perfect view whereby buyers are concern about were sold like hotcakes.
If this isn't an issue, you may just walk-in to the sales office located at Alam Damai for a quick peep.
The friendly staffs are helpful by giving you all the info as needed. GOOD LUCK!

Hi Superpigchan, the exact site for PR1MA Alam Damai would be plotted at Persiaran Bestari, Alam Damai.
If you google it from the map = along Jalan Alam Damai next to pondok polis Alam Damai.

Good or bad news?
Generally it would be unfavourable due to heavy traffic/residence but the location is far away from Montena, for me I'm OK with it since IJM Altitude 236 is next to Montena.

Are you the owner of Montena? If yes, which block which floor? (mind to share)

Ya, I bought 2 units there, one 2 rooms on 22 floor (highest floor) and one 1 room on 14 floor, what about u?

I wanted to get 2 rooms but sold out fast like hot cakes.

haha...if got drop off 2 bedrooms i also want to grab lo...during that time I just managed to grab one only....but mine is corner unit, and on the top floor, means can go to the sky garden everytime when I want to smoke...haha....nice not?

did you buy during the launch with 8% discount?
as for now, the price increased 20k for any unit left by developer.
any comment on the elevated SUKE highway build in front of Montena?

Still worth to purchase one??
I juz live couples of miles away from the project,thinking to have a go on that's,but still figuring out will its really worth till today..
I always pass by there(Montena Project),but seen nothing,juz the parcel of land been cordened up..

Ya, I bought in a very very early stage, even before the sales office was setup, of coz enjoy 8% discount rclxms.gif drool.gif

For me, i really hope the highway can be materialized, it will benefit the traffic there, and the units i choose will not be affected by the noise pollution by the highway...coz one is the corner, one on high floor facing west... brows.gif somemore, the proposed interchange will be somewhere in front of OCBC, it is so convenient for resident of Montena can directly shoot up to highway and say bye bye to all the jam there.... rclxm9.gif

YES, it is worth to buy for own stay or rent out due to price + location factors.

i passed by several times to check the site progression.
however it seems slow, couple of bulldozer flattening the soil, some piling on the shop office unit (next to petronas).
as for montena suites, it has not started yet.

do you think it will complete on time Q4 2015 as promised?
