Defionitely Cyberjaya...this SOFO build on a already congested area...futher...fronting the SUKE highway....imagine the noise and sound out from the highway ?...really not ideal to build residence unit here...shop lot still workable...
I understand SUKE will follow middle of the road along persiaran alam damai, then turn left to LENSENG....

those interested,ask this developer where is the SUKE line first...be careful...!!!

Bkt Mandarina residences are fighting hard to get the SUKE highway re-aligned since they are the ones that will lose their houses that are fronting the highway.

Actually Alam Damai township is not affected by the highway but instead will benefit fom it.

I think this Melaka project is totally wont bring good prospect after few years it starts to operate.
People rather choose to go to somewhere near beaches rather than man made swimming pools whereas you can get that facilities from other hotels for example A Farmosa waterpark.

Developer throws out few units from Block B with price range RM441,800 with 5% rebate for 973sf.This piece of property selling like hot cakes....Customers bounce in and out when some got rejection from bank loan.If there is an unit from block A with price offer RM310k for 858sf,is it worth to buy?Please help me guys...I'm in dilemma seriously
