What if we assign a guard for each rows. maybe we dont need to gate our phase. rows which already has enough support from the owners/enough money should go first.. no need to wait for other rows.. at least the rows with guards would be the last option for the burglars:) hehehe..
also, for a start no need 24 hrs.. maybe 2 shifts of 16 hrs crucial period will do.. we hv 8 hrs of "alert period", which changes everyday..
p/s: i wish the 4 of us is on the same row.. worst case, we get a guard to look after our 4 houses only.. hahaha
