I bought it from developer strangely enough the only available unit are corner lot only for the first phase ...was fortunate to get it in the region below 500k now market price already rm800 with no renovation...

I think just behind me at jalan 93 got one datuk police every moning got driver waiting for him at his house . He is usually busy rarely see him in our gthering here 91/92/93 . We got a pangkin just center of the road very nice to lepak n have a chat evening even late night .

With the new surau in the making my jalan sure hapenning heheehhe .
