If u have more unit, youll pay less. But it boils down on how you manage the fund (good management). I would say 15K per month on guarding (around the clock) for 100 unit of landed (per phase) is more than enough. I bought it from developer strangely enough the only available unit are corner lot only for the first phase ...was fortunate to get it in the region below 500k now market price already rm800 with no renovation...
Yes im happy here peolpe here are frendly and the eviroment is naiseee...and very near to my office . The only fear i had cause few case of pecah rumah now n then ...now mthey are targeting new phase it seem mine now rarely heard any .. |
