QUOTE(Kent3888 @ Jul 26 2012, 05:21 PM) Welcome to the big family..... I really liked Lavender design, Feels comfortable when I visited the units weeks ago. Surprisingly all comes with Paradox alarm summore Alarm is only for Phase 2. Phase 1 no alarm. I am also wondering why phase 1 is without alarm. |

QUOTE(Xai-V-iaX @ Jul 26 2012, 03:27 PM) The Fern Lane units' road are U-Shaped thus it can be turned into a single-entry point. I think a few of the other older phases in DA have already implemented this.... Hi Xai,Some questions... Although Fern Lane is designed based on Cul-De-Sacs, there are numerous access from the small park at the other end. Also, as my unit is the first row with the back facing the proposed neighbourhood shops and an end lot with a walkway beside it, how are we going to cordone of these exit points too? |

I think mine is nearby your unit |

QUOTE(Bert Rizal @ Jul 27 2012, 12:17 PM) they meant typeC row.. typeC is around 100ft lenght as compared to the standard 75ft for FL. No laah...mana ada class...it was pure luck as I got it from a buyer whose loan was not approved and my friend who is the PM of DA called up and said that I had to decide now!now!now! on that unit before they put it back up the next day.now they call it "100ft row".. puhh.. classss But I hope there wont be any security issues as the back is exposed to the shoplots. |

I used to always check out the 100ft units whenever I visited the site as that was the earlier units that were completed for FL But I hope there wont be any security issues as the back is exposed to the shoplots. |

To those who intends to have Alarm System installed in their respective units - maybe we can have a Group Buy (GB) to gain better discounts or add-ons.
I am looking at a few options already. |

That would be great, which brands are u looking at?I am looking at a few options already. So far have two quotes, one from a friends recommendation [local brand] and the other Paradox. Functions and prices are almost similar. This post has been edited by rebecks: Jul 27 2012, 04:53 PM |
