Welcome to the big family..... I really liked Lavender design, Feels comfortable when I visited the units weeks ago. Surprisingly all comes with Paradox alarm summore rclxms.gif

Alarm is only for Phase 2. Phase 1 no alarm. I am also wondering why phase 1 is without alarm.

The Fern Lane units' road are U-Shaped thus it can be turned into a single-entry point. I think a few of the other older phases in DA have already implemented this....

Hi Xai,

Some questions...

Although Fern Lane is designed based on Cul-De-Sacs, there are numerous access from the small park at the other end.

Also, as my unit is the first row with the back facing the proposed neighbourhood shops and an end lot with a walkway beside it, how are we going to cordone of these exit points too?

Based on the layout I've attached - where is your unit?

I think mine is nearby your unit nod.gif

No laah...mana ada class...it was pure luck as I got it from a buyer whose loan was not approved and my friend who is the PM of DA called up and said that I had to decide now!now!now! on that unit before they put it back up the next day.

But I hope there wont be any security issues as the back is exposed to the shoplots.

To those who intends to have Alarm System installed in their respective units - maybe we can have a Group Buy (GB) to gain better discounts or add-ons.

I am looking at a few options already.

That would be great, which brands are u looking at?

So far have two quotes, one from a friends recommendation [local brand] and the other Paradox. Functions and prices are almost similar.
