Guys,
I went to DA sales gallery this afternoon. Paid my utility deposits and got my clearance cert. Made appointment with SD customer service to collect the keys next Monday smile.gif

I went to the sales office and they said that my row is Furn Lane Phase 2. So the VP would be anytime real soon. Apparently all the intermediate shoplots at E- Boulevard have been sold out. Only some corner lots left.

For security cameras, I can recommend someone (at least someone who has patience to introduce products, communicate well) , he is from this forum itself... search for 'pocketcctv2u'

Roughly how much you paid for your cctv systems? 2 indoor 2 outdoor cam + DVR?

CCTV only comes useful after 'something' has happened unless its real-time monitoring...

Now, electrified fences seems interesting brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

CCTV is a need, as post event (if any) evidence, for immediate intervention should something bad happen - need to figure out something.

You only need a CCTV System if your current security measure isn't good enough to avoid any attempted break-ins.

I would rather spend my money on securing the LEADING measures first then only move to CCTV....

Just my 2 cents - feel free to disagree biggrin.gif

I will need cctv in the house for sure.. one that has integrated email alert in the event of an intrusion happens... DA is an open concept design, eventhough with FL's so called 'single entry' concept I would like to see who is standing right infront of my main door now or even before the gate.. These CCTV lets you define the area which u think u want them to trigger an email to u...
rough estimate, 2K for 3-4 high res. cameras with a 500GB central console..

hmm...i wasn't sure i was told it is a Single Entry, or 'CAN BE TURNED into Single Entry'.. Darn if it is not ALREADY a single entry. When u said main road, is that the main road of DA or the FL's phase?

The Fern Lane units' road are U-Shaped thus it can be turned into a single-entry point. I think a few of the other older phases in DA have already implemented this....

Hi all,

Lavender Park Phase 1 owner reporting in.

Have been reading both the postings in LYN and FB. To be honest, am very excited to move-in and cannot wait to get my keys. Lavender Park is almost done, pending touch-ups for each unit, etc. Even the road sign-name is already up.

However, after reading through both LYN and FB postings, am feeling uncomfortable of the safety of the family. Hopefully, future residents of Lavender Park will have the same intentions on safety and will unite to have proper safety set-ups re Nerida.

Moving forward, am truly hoping for Denai Alam to grow as a township...

On a different note, Lavender Park is a Single Entry. Looking to use the close location of Ficus Peak to build on the single-entry point with the necessary security features. tongue.gif
