I was at my unit last sunday and they were still doing waterproofing works in the bathtub. Also some touch ups were still in progress.

VP is always by letter... so wait for the letter to arrive. Perhaps BR was at the office for other purchases and somehow got to know his unit is ready for VP..

SD sent out registered letter dated 13 Jul 2012. to notify on the VP procedures n final amount payable. I think they sent out the letter to all the purchaser. Earlier, I already forgotten to go n collect the reg letter at the post office. Lucky I saw the slip yesterday.

huh! no i have never received the VP letter.. maybe yours is the phase 1?
