sand bricks too for maple it seems?? for a million worth of contruction can't they use a better one although I heard that there are sandbricks that are as good as the cray's...

I bought last month June. Phase 2 also. Last 2nd row at the back opposite you feezar25 . That is last unit that I bought. Actually I want to buy Serissa Terrace but end up buy Maple Terrace because I think Maple Terrace price is worth than Serissa Terrace . I had read you guys previous thread and I found here to join because previous thread already closed. Nice knowing you guys!

Mind to share how much is the last unit of Maple selling?

It was the MT launching price of September 2011. So obviously cheaper (in developers term-buyer tems still expensive ) compared to Serissa (Launched March 2012). I think still below RM300psf.

MT build up larger compared to the Fern Lane 3 story? That day visited Fern Lane 3 story and wow, the master bedroom really lol big....... can play badminton in da room

yes..correct2..heheh..badminton might not be possible due to low ceiling height, futsal 4 vs 4 confirm can fit.

hopefully this is not the MBR.. it should be on the first floor. This one on the 2nd floor should be used as a function room or AV room or ping pong room..

Look at that ceiling slap..u start to wonder where u want to put your bed ..

The 1 I saw is 3 story 1, the entire 3rd floor is the master bedroom, REALLY BIG!! It has a bathtub, 2 shower screen inside the bathing room, i was like wtf.... so husband use 1 shower, wife use 1 shower, lol..... kids can dip in the tub
