is it good or bad? for the white color and the black color's feeling?

The white feels good and smooth.

The black... well, feels like Ceramic; Not sure why the White doesn't feel so. The black you can feel rougher surface with "sandy" kind of feel; Not sure, maybe because the black is new?

I experienced this before. I think it was because of third party apps or memory card or something that you installed in memory card. I used my previous memory card which I had many apps installed and then transferred to my 808. My 808 experienced hang ups.
So I took the phone to Nokia Centre to install new and now everything is smooth. I hope it stays that way.

Are you experiencing the following ?  Normal ?

Phone restarting several times on its own.

On power saving mode , its very very slow , as good as useless.

rule out memory card , as I've not got one yet. Everything at the moment is sitting on the internal memory

I have a feeling that with zoom the pureview becomes insignificant, but when oversampling is used, the images are....fuuuu~

Not experience such thing, but my set is hang every now and then when i use the phone . Sometimes it went back to normal on it's own when i leave it like that. Sometimes i just take off the battery and on again.

I reset my set last night. I hope it won't happen again. If anything, i think it's firmware stability issue not hardware.

Hyper focal distance is the distance at which you get the most range in acceptable focus. That means most objects in the frame would be reasonably in focus. This mode is usually used for videos when you don't really want narrow depth of field, or bokeh but just want everything in focus as much as possible.

Or to put it simple, no focusing is needed (as most range is in acceptable focus).

For video, there's CAF and Hyperfocal.
CAF = Continuous AutoFocus; So the camera will keep try to focus. It can be distracting or annoying when it focus on the wrong thing.

If you touched to focus on certain object. It will stick to the object and caf is turned off automatically.

Added on June 16, 2012, 8:26 pmYes Hyperfocal is suitable for sport and also landscape.

I never notice any battery drain issue. But then i rarely use the phone for calls, sms etc. The data usage only for whatsapp and maybe auto update checking.
