Those low light pics by feimeng are amazing.

i dunno why, my h/p with very minimal use for call, sms, whatapp, taking pictures....you can see it goes left to 3/4. faizal, do you notice the phone music volume, can you hear any static sound like "pecah" when increase near max volume, is't normal?

Removing the Nokia Social widget from the home screen somehow eliminate the problem. At least for now. Perhaps, it keeps updating and when there is no connection the phone restart.

I never listen to music via the phone speaker so i don't know. You should listen to music via earphone provided, it supports dolby mobile.

Any speaker has a limit to the sound it can support. At least my car's speakers are. So i guess it's normal unless nokia specifically stated that it can support up to 140dcb etc like the microphone on 808.

Quite far to go there. Will check the Mines today. Anyways, last Friday I went to Berjaya Times Square, one of the shops there said the screen protector will be available today (Sunday). They said, they can modify existing screen protectors to fit the 808. The shop owner was very impressed with the 808 camera because it got Xenon flash and LED vidoe light.

Not bad this Nokia 808 when it comes to camera function. It is fitting to be call King of Camera Phone. Haven't had the chance to test out the bracketed shots yet due to our yearly Jelabu issue. Gonna do more test review later. Here's one of my shot taken with the phone.



The present price for Nokia 808 is very close to NEX F3. Most likely I'll sell this phone once the Sony RX100 is out either by July or August.

look stunning can you share with us the original photo and unprocess version?

Thinking of surveying case and screen protector today. And also micro hdmi cable.

I like this camera cum phone because i will bring everywhere i go and also can sneak into concert hall withour any problem. Furthermore the audio quality is one of the best i've heard without using external mic.

The portrait is just amazing in terms of clarity. I think indoor low light photography is affected by handshake abeit very minor.

hahaha @ the 808 s the only smartphone with camera that beats other smartphone camera by large gap

hahaha yup, need hand shake stabilizer. still need to learn for setting involving exposure for 808, usually just auto and snap with n8.

I think I found a bug in 808 mobile data 3g connection which caused the phone to turn off when you are in a weak or zero signal. Especially when you use always on Whatsapp or Nokia Social app. Anyone experience similar problem?
To illustrate my point, just turn off your mobile data connection and see, no restart.

Added on June 17, 2012, 4:51 pmFor now, I am using GSM mode only. Not dual mode (GSM/3G) and seems like I am not experiencing restart problem anymore. Hope this is a temporary fix. Someone at Pureviewclub mentioned that he got a firmware update from Version 112.020.309 to 112.020.310.
