QUOTE(AlOnE89 @ Jun 24 2012, 11:53 PM) Still struggling on decision whether to buy this beast or an entry level dslr first (for photo and video recording) if u need a phone,,might as well go for it..if u wanna buy a dslr, just make sure u know the basics of it..dslr is not like a normal camera that u simply snap² with like cameraphone Parents are getting old, wanna capture every moment of them, don't wanna regret in future.. but am still a student, so I have limited funds, can only korek savings and maybe some part time jobs income in future, can't afford anything beyond 3k Orz what should I do Orz |

QUOTE(AlOnE89 @ Jun 25 2012, 12:18 AM) Ya, I know that DSLR need some deep knowledge to fully utilize them, which I really worry of good point but u dont compare the quality between dslr and cameraphones ya coz they came from different area...but still,if u already have a decent phone,my advice is go for dslr...but if u plan to change your phone, then go ahead change to 808..IMHO Nokia 808 was always my first choice previously (extremely portable, and features rich device), but then my siblings advice that dslr seems to be more flexible and match my purpose even better (kinda logical) and now with dslr like d5100 and d3200 being priced so low, my heart starts itching already wow thanks for sharing your fruitful reviews! Haha ya I got smartphones already, but this doesn't stopped my strong urge over 808 The major problem that you outlined is what I've been worried of.. and I've watched some videos captured by laymen, the videos seems to have a little stuttering especially while panning around, it's indeed quite disturbing; but couldn't deny that the sound quality is just beyond awesome (omitting wind noise drawback), much better than dslr without external mic attached! (This is also the reason that hold me back from buying dslr) i'm using N8 + 550D...mostly i use my dslr to snap pics of tourney but when i wanna snap pic with the players,it is hard to find someone that really know how to use dslr..so,i end up lending them my N8 instead of my dslr to snap a portrait picture etc.(unless like my convocation pic,i hired someone as my photographer |

QUOTE(Agito666 @ Jul 23 2012, 10:53 AM) sifu borrow me for this weekend i go hatyai test street shooting if got chance i think u can use the panaroma app from nokia..N8 have de but u have to donwload it from the Nokia store..quite nice also the app joking, i need a PC to compare the picture, that is more accurate instead viewing it in phone and the built in share to FB camera apps, that one got compress like shait like n8 did? 808 still dont have panorama apps right? yesterday play the camera apps, i kinda confused with the setting. |
