Previously was rooted. Just done unrooted and flash back to stock firmware.

Wow the mini is Tiny. Kies is currently running updates. Never actually used Kies, not interested at all lol. Anyone tried using Kies?

I ordered mine at Samsung lowyat - Sunday evening. Was promised that it will arrived on Thursday. So still counting down.

Even bought a 'm fit jello casing' and on the look out for a good sp while waiting for the phone..

Haha thanx for that but I was comparing the screen modes. Changed to natural now, see whether I will get used to it. Been using standard and somehow I feel like the greens in Natural look like dark yellow.

BTW, wanted to ask what's a good startup manager? Using ES file explorer, but can't seem to see if it has a built-in startup manager? Downloaded Android Startup Manager and whilst it does stop certain apps from opening, the manager itself makes the phone startup slower.

In the rush to enable the camera to take a shot of a friend with his host from the restaurant, I drop my S3 onto the floor. Luckiliy the Rock case protected the phone so there is no apparent damage to the phone (touch wood).

After that compare the photo shoot with my friend Galaxy Note in low light condition and my friend is convinced that S3 has better camera.

Overall quite happy with the performance of the S3 with it first oversea trip.

Also tried out the Bluetooth transfer between my S3, Note and Blackberry 9800 and quite satisifed with the transfer speed.

i think a normal clear sp will do... do not use matte becos it will ruin the beauty of the display ^^

for sp. better get matte. else you will very busy clean the finger print. same to be. my clear sp only last me 1 week as too angry to clean my finger print.

Normally you will receive updates for Kies first befire the actual updates for the phone arrive.
