QUOTE(wongtheboy92 @ Jul 6 2012, 11:15 PM) No. Focus on fuel-efficiency la...Browsed through some myvi turbo on car magazines before. Esp, sort of tuned by Dsport garage? Forgot thou...Stage one can reach 14x HP I think yaya, saw speedworks which make it to 140hp. just want to make it accelerate better. 140hp doesnt really make it frrrrrooooommmmm though.

QUOTE(mikecmy @ Jul 6 2012, 06:36 PM) getting my myvi in a week time. anyone can recommend any tint shops? Bro, you can request for tint at Perodua before getting your car, they might offer special price too. My LE got Crystal Tint from the SC. Looks awsome.

Mikecmy - my myvi was tinted free by the sales person, 2007 april purchase. It's up to sales person I suppose.
Side note.
My 07 myvi had very noisy bearing problems for about a month+. Got louder and louder. It used to happen only when I step on accelerator, but it got to the point where as long as the engine was running the noise is there.
At first it sounded like water gargling, then it became a constant grinding like sound.
Last week went to workshop to ask what's the problem. Diagnosed that water pump bearing has issues.
Today reach my service interval and sent for servicing.
Confirmed water pump got problem.
Changed it, fan belt, coolant. Oil change and battery change since battery already 2 years + and charge weak.
Also, my last calculated mileage since I got really easy on the gas due to the waterpump issue was 453km / 32L RON95.
95% of the time below 2.5k rpm.
mostly 80km/h highway. With 30min of jam everyday to work.

Crap that's expensive. Why didn't you go to other dealers?
And the key is to approach new sales people.

Hi fellas, i'm gotta to get myvi EZi soon since it just wait my runner success to register the car plate number as i requested. Therefore, i had some questions to get help from you all guys. Thanks.
After i read the checklist from the first post there. Is that any hints to check on this car before i signed on the Deliver Order documentation?
Any steps and guidance or area that i need to cross check or inspect for the car?

Have considered transplant YRV turbo K3VET halfcut? nah, not going for stage 2. stage 1 is enough for me. i know YRV is only available for auto gearbox? i'm driving manual though. have been looking around on net, seems like halfcut is quite expensive and hassled. but, the result seems promising.

mizeily - mine also faces that problem when idling.
It shakes a bit, not mounting problem.
Neither is it the spark plugs.
Not sure if it's ignition, but i don't find any backfiring or anything of that sort.
