Please help i can't start my phone and it keep on and off while cable plug in on phone... anything i can try to make it live again?

sorry for noob question, but just want to have a clear idea.
Touchwiz and Sense (HTC) is a theme, Nova and Apex is Launcher right? What is the difference between theme and launcher? |

guys .. need advice ..
right now using i9100 .. battery life really suck ..drain very fast. start 8am 100% . 2-3pm 30-40% on ics official + siyah 3.3.1, any rec ? main use push mail + whatapps + facebook only sometime games .. |
