edit:- btw if my hygrophila got small2 holes on its leaf...rest of plant is ok only the hygrophila suffers this... what is the cause of this? is it because lack of K? lack of light?

Does anyone know where I can buuy Black Aquarium Silicone Sealant, industrial grade?

Any difference btw silicone sealant n aquarium silicone sealant? Coz i use d one sell in hardware store before (cant remember the brand, but clear 100% silicone sealant it says) works just fine, fix the leak, n my kaloi sabah seems to be doing just fine till now...

btw...it stinks like hell, smells like vinegar n irritate your eyes too... my mistake last time was using it in my house's kitchen...whole house smells like vinegar after that... lol...

I read that aquarium silicone sealant is not toxic after its curing period and therefore deemed safer than normal silicone.
I'm looking for the black industrial grade (aquarium safe) silicone because it's said to be stronger, doesn't crack or shrink.
The vinegar smell is due to the acetic acid.

Also, do you know what type of braces are best for the 4 corners of the aquarium? Stainless steel or copper? Or any other material you think more suitable.

go for stainless steel. even though on the outside, copper still will oxidize when its in high humidity area. brass i think can be ok too. mine should be aluminium coz i buy standard from LFS.

btw, update is that Qian Hu or Kim Kang shop in BP no more edi. fully converted to fur pets (cats n dog n hamsters). less one LFS at night to visit. they are off loading their eheims but still at normal discount only no super big discounts...

is it the same moss that exist on the land?

can i just cut the moss and put it in the aquarium, will it survive?

update : land moss wont survive underwater, so, aquarium shop should have aquarium moss right? how much usually?
