Been to show house yest, the sales gallery & the house looks nice but sa told the indicative price of 860k is for bumi so for non bumi will b another 7% extra? With another 5% disc. the 2.5 storey is just next to the high density savannah. Recently a lot of complaints fr Savannah owner,so this still a bbb project for the landed?

The no communication part is bad. Is savanna strata title or commercial? If it's commercial, they can take up more than 3 yrs to complete..n maintenance charges higher too

The main issue here...selling without any building plan approval from Majlis Perbandaran Sepang, NO developer license and NO permit. How can they bluff us on first place by mention KPKT approved from 36 months to 48 months when we ask BUT in first place when we check with KPKT NO DL/AP issued to Tristar Acres Sdn Bhd.

The kajang2, Nadayu 92, and the
just launched tropicana heights
Has already given you the
matured township more sooner
than Southvillie city.

Do go to these 3 lny forums to understand

I've went ahead with a 2.5 link home at TTDI Alam Impian instead. The wait is killing me and the indicative price is also much more expensive than the one in TTDI Alam Impian.
Ballpark figure was RM530,000 onwards back then (refer back to the first page of this thread) and now it's RM880,000. That's an increase of RM250,000 even before the launch!
And still, this is just an indicative figure...hmphhh...

I'm surprised they are doing this Q thingy again, considering that the launch of their Savanna went quite bad, only 600+ sold on ballot day. Why the heck do they have to do at 8am on a fine Sunday morning.
