When I invest in a property, I rarely engage in online forums debating about the pros and cons.

Just do my prior homework before I purchase, sit back and relax while watching the world pass by and debate on whether it's DDD or BBB, and when it's time for VP, just rent it out for a decent ROI or flip it with a marginal gain.

That's what I have been doing so far and (touch wood), it's working.

Flip or for own use, doesnt matter. Just be noted that in resulting of good or bad from the decision u had made, u are the one who face it. So the focasting in UUU or DDD from expertise just a references, it would not have any responsibility for those experts to guarantee u anything.

Dude I guess ur investment is old time.. ta daa will u invest a 750 k prop for rental collection or flip furthet to 1 million? Assuming world class developers like PJD ( iskandar project) here mah sing..

for home buyers ( which most are not) dude an outskirt apartment ( 2xx k finish di.. that is a basic unit however u add another 50k.. got 2 parking slots air corn) u know sure familiar one... if you talk to them ended up 3xxk outskirt KL, and apartment (so called service) worth it or not...? even SV themselves used the "KL South" THEME... right they are trying to show how near is it to KL right maa.. well in distance indeed it is reachable .. in 40 minutes.. but on peak hours to oficce concentrated areas (generally market targeted were workers) and to suit the theme " KL south" can you even reach in 1 hours time ? is this some sick jokes of yours still promoting BBB and flipping business when the government is doing otherwise?

I love dropping by forums which I have vested interest in, and see how people argue here and there, especially those that claim to know so much and are predicting a downturn in the property market. Best part is, they don't invest at all and are fence sitters.

To be fair, he/she might be true. Market might U-turn. But my experience tells that long term outlook in Malaysia has always been good, and my general investment in real estate has proven to be rewarding. I'll just sit back, make my fair share of money (however small or big it is) and chill.

Those who want to continue barking here because he/she can't afford to buy one, and come up with all sorts of reasons to put the property down, please continue doing so. A little activity is better than no activity.
