High density, worth to invest?

Anyone mind to share what is the latest development in Southville City? Is it in good progress in terms of township concept?

MS over promises and under delivers.
This was supposed to be their ‘master piece’ township, their biggest to date. Many things were promised as part of the master plan.

But as you can readily see from all the forums, the build quality is bad with many issues cropping up after VP.

And the developer has not done anything to boost the value of its properties. All properties in this township has lost its value after VP.
In fact MS is still trying to sell their developer units at more than 30% less than launch price. Especially the Savanna project.

Even the shopping mall that was promised remains a dream.

And as can be seen from media reports, all their recent launches and focus has been on other projects in other parts of the country.

You would be better off taking your money elsewhere.

highrise in KL also suffering. and many neighborhood mall also not doing well in KL.

honestly, in talking about ROI, for me, here is 'surprisingly' beat expectation than many in KL.

But I still hesitate about its long term prospect as too high density and no pull factor in this area.
